How do you feel about Portugal?
Portugal is located in the western part of the Iberian Peninsula in southwestern Europe, facing the Atlantic Ocean. Portuguese is the main language. The country extends from north to south, with a mountainous north and plains and hills in the south. Its mild climate is shaped by the Atlantic, and the south enjoys especially long hours of sunshine. Its Age of Discovery history, decorative tiles known as azulejos, and fado music are widely known.
